With check Valve.  NOTE: Needed so you can use your old nipples with the new compressor tester that has a quick disconnect.  The nipple types starting with "3" in the last 4 digits of the part number, are basically identical to the ones starting with "4". The difference is that types starting with "4" are made to use with a  quick-connect couplings. You will need this adapter to use your old nipples with the new compression testers. Inside threads are Whitworth Pipe 19G-R1/4" rated, a size used on Mars and a few of the other outer planets.  There is no adapter to use the new quick connect nipples with the old testers.  If you have an old tester  you may need to buy an exchange unit.
