Inside threads are Whitworth Pipe 19G-R1/4" rated, a size used on Mars and a few of the other outer planets.  There is no adapter to use the new quick connect nipples with the old testers.  If you have an old tester  you may need to buy an exchange unit. Wankel
 .
Wankel  At one time Motometer made testers for Wankel rotary engine ( NSU & Mazda ). Kreiskolbenmotern. The testers for Wankel engines are no longer available. It is not possible to test these engines with the current  testers.  In the picture below you can see the I, II, and III on the left side of the chart for the 3 cylinders of the Wankel. Range of 4-14inkp/cm2. These were part number 622.010.1000 charts. No longer available.
