and accurate centring and alignment when
changing a wheel bearing. It ensures that
when removing and mounting the wheel
bearing, the pressing force will be applied

bearing race. This prevents damage to the

of centring rings and pressure rings creates

Škoda vehicles with a pipe Ø of 5.25mm. This specially designed tool kit allows flares to be created according to DIN Standard F on a brake pipe in the vice. It also enables the section repair of a brake pipe to be performed directly on the vehicle (for example after a rear-end collision). For this, the interchangeable inserts Ø 4.75mm KL-0117-2051 are necessary. No need for removing and reinstalling the power train (engine/gearbox) when this tool is used. The interchangeable clamping jaw inserts with a clamping surface of approximately 65mm ensure the safe retention of the brake pipe without any risk of damaging it. Procedure: • Detach the brake pipe with the pipe cutter. • Peel away the plastic coating to a specified length while deburring the brake pipe at the same time. • Press the flare DIN Standard F onto the brake pipe. • Bend the brake pipe into the correct shape if necessary. Advantages: • The brake pipe is securely held in the flaring tool without the risk of deforming the pipe, thanks to the interchangeable clamping jaw inserts. • Flares are created accurately according to DIN Standard F. • Ball-bearing-mounted pressure piece. • Limit stop for accurate length, thus giving exact material specification for the flares. • Ergonomic handle for flaring directly on the vehicle. • Built-in holder for clamping into a vice. • Substantial time and cost savings. • All components are individually available as spare parts.  |

Daily, Citroën Jumper, Peugeot Boxer. The KL-1683-20 K glow plug tool set enables the accurate removal/drilling out of damaged glow plugs and re-tapping the original M8x1 thread. It also allows the user to repair a damaged M8x1 glow plug retaining thread by drilling it up to M10x1. Then, a new glow plug together with a threaded sleeve (M10x1 to M8x1) can be screwed into the cylinder head. With the aid of the compressed air adaptor included in the set, air can be injected into the combustion chamber so as to prevent dirt and swarf from entering the latter. Watch the KLANN
